Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
· Drafting motions for our current matters.
· Reviewing depositions while working closely with our lawyers to answer motions for summary judgments and other legal motions.
· Attend hearings for all motions for which they are involved.
· Obtain case-related documents and information through various sources.
Desired Skills and Expertise:
· College degree and 2L in law school.
· Impeccable organizational skills.
· Sound judgment and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
· Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work with professionals inside and outside the company.
· Strong organizational skills required to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize assignments, and consistently meet deadlines.
Position is part time during school year and full time during summer.
GPA, transcript and writing samples will be requested.
