We’re looking for dependable team members who enjoy working with seniors and are seeking a consistent, long-term role in a fast-paced dining environment. At Dallas Retirement Village, our Dining Servers play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our residents. You’ll build connections, support daily meal service, and help ensure every resident feels cared for.
Pay & Schedule
- $16.25/hour
- Full-time, Day Shift
- Consistent schedule and reliable hours
- Prior customer service or food service experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right dependable candidate

What You’ll Do
- Serve meals to residents in a timely and friendly manner
- Ensure meals are presented correctly and meet dietary needs
- Set up and clean dining areas before and after service
- Assist with light food prep and beverage service
- Wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Work closely with your team to provide a smooth dining experience
