Pay & Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support dining staff during meal service
- Ensure a high-quality, welcoming dining experience for residents
- Train and guide team members on service standards
- Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and daily operations
- Step in to support serving, cleaning, and setup as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment

Qualifications:What You Bring
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in a team environment
- Previous customer service experience (required)
- Food service or leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment
- Consistent work history and reliability are highly valued
- Ability to maintain dependable attendance and follow through on scheduled shifts
- Willingness to obtain Food Handler’s Card and ServSafe certification
- Must be 18
