- Maintain a schedule of appointments and obtain supporting documentation for all appointments, conferences, and interviews.
- Monitor the emails and correspondences.
- Communicate with central staff, campus staff, and Dallas Community in oral and written form.
- Process payroll, maintain employee records, and make travel arrangements.
- Coordinate the day to day functions of the department to meet the goals and objectives.
- Process requests for purchase orders, check requests, and other purchases and payments.
- Respond to inquiries from employees and the public in an accurate, knowledgeable, and efficient manner.
- Compile data for reports by summarizing information.
- Organize and maintain an accurate and efficient filing system.
- Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's Degree from an accredited university preferred.
- 10 or more years of Office Management or related experience required.
- Ability to perform responsibilities with limited supervision.
- Knowledge to respond effectively to common inquiries or complaints from employees, board members, local businesses, parents, or members of the general public.
- Understanding of school and district organization, operations, policies, goals and objectives.
- Awareness to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
