Key Responsibilities
- Manage a BCBA caseload (28–30 billable hours/week)
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBA candidates
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (OT, PT, SLP, Counseling)
- Train caregivers and provide parent guidance
- Analyze behavior data and adjust treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with BACB and funding requirements
- Support program development and clinical growth initiatives
- Lead a new ABA program (not stepping into an existing caseload)
- Hybrid flexibility for better work-life balance
- Work in a multidisciplinary setting (rare in ABA roles)

- Strong mentorship and leadership development opportunities
- Active BCBA certification (Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy) preferred
- Ability to supervise RBTs and manage a clinical caseload
