Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid/In-Home

Small Caseloads | No Weekends

Location: 820/35W corridor (primarily Saginaw/Haslet)

Pay: $85,000 – $100,000 per year plus mileage (base salary, NOT based on hours billed)

• The best therapists, period: We're EXTREMELY picky about our RBTs - we look for the best, get the best, and reward them for being the best. Our turnover is effectively ZERO. In addition to benefiting our families, this has a very important effect for our BCBAs: PEACE AND QUIET! Our RBTs do a great job implementing your treatment plan with minimal/no interruptions to the BCBA when you are not on-site. If a therapist needs support "right now", we're there for them - but by getting the best therapists, combining them with the best BCBAs, and working in-home with wonderful families, 99% of the time your work with the therapist during your in-person supervision meetings is more than sufficient. This means that when you're not on-site you have time to THINK and actually focus on your practice and clients - Imagine that!
• Hybrid approach: Outside of in-home visits, most weeks you will be in the office one day a week meeting with and working side-by-side with the business owners and leadership, though some weeks we will just be fully hybrid. Show us that you do can do a great job and we'll be happy to help get you the best work-life balance possible - other places just can't compete.
• Make your schedule: We schedule the RBTs and work with the families, you just figure out how you’d like to make your visits. Want to do it all in three days? Go ahead. Prefer to spread it out? Fine by us. People work differently - Keep your RBTs engaged, clients progressing, and families happy and you're good with us!
• We can do what they can do, but they can’t do what we can do: We have never received anything other than a FIVE-STAR review from our clients. By keeping our standards extremely high, you can be assured that your contribution has VALUE, that your coworkers are ROCKSTARS, and that you are respected as a REAL PERSON. We play the LONG GAME and aren't interested in burning you out, cutting corners, "nickel and diming" you, putting extreme billable hour requirements on you, putting a million clients on your caseload, etc. DO GREAT WORK AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST EVERY DAY TO MAKE YOUR ABA DREAMS COME TRUE!

Requirements:

• Active BCBA, LBA, and CPR,
• Be "the best of the best",
• Ability to commute
