Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physiology, and anatomy evaluations to inform diagnosis and treatment plans
- Provide expert patient care across various specialties such as hospital medicine, emergency medicine, geriatrics, and medical-surgical units
- Administer medications and injections following HIPAA guidelines and proper medical documentation standards
- Perform venipuncture and IV insertions with precision to ensure patient comfort and safety
- Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems for accurate medical documentation and record keeping
- Assist in complex procedures within OR (Operating Room) settings or PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), demonstrating advanced clinical skills
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and post-acute care plans to promote health literacy and compliance
- Maintain knowledge of current medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy to support effective patient assessment and care planning
- Support infectious disease care protocols, urgent care procedures, and telehealth services to expand access to quality healthcare
MSN with focus on Family Nurse Practitioner, licensed as a RN and APN in the state of Arkansas with certificate of recognition as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Monday - Thursday 8am -5pm
Fridays 8am - 12pm
