Respiratory Therapist Registered Respiratory Therapist (RT) – Full-Time

Dallas County Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join our patient-focused team. Schedule:
12-hour shifts
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Rotating call required

What You'll Do
Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients of all ages.
Perform respiratory assessments and administer prescribed therapies.
Manage oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and ventilator support.
Respond to emergency situations and assist with airway management.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

Current Arkansas Respiratory Therapist license
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential
Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication and patient care skills
