Daley And Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support data-driven platforms, client engagement workflows, and internal operational systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring data integrity, system scalability, and seamless integration across a broader technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean data, automation, and building reliable Salesforce solutions that support high-volume, trusted data environments.
This role is an on-site role, 5 days a week, in the Boynton Beach area.
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows
- Create scalable Salesforce data models to support data collection, validation, enrichment, and reporting
- Implement automation to streamline data ingestion, processing, and delivery workflows
- ???????Integrate Salesforce with internal systems and third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across Salesforce objects and business processes
- Collaborate with product, data, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into system performance, usage, and operational metrics
- Maintain Salesforce security, access controls, and compliance with data governance and privacy standards
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and deployments following Salesforce development best practices
- Monitor and optimize system performance as data volumes and usage scale
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience with Salesforce data modeling, automation tools (Flows, Validation Rules), and security architecture
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and data platforms
- Solid understanding of data quality, data lifecycle management, and scalable system design
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
