Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial reporting function, including the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements
- Prepare quarterly financial statements and related presentations for the banking group
- Organize, analyze, and interpret financial data to support business decision-making
- Develop and enhance procedures and internal controls to strengthen reporting processes
- Support the annual budgeting process
- Partner with external auditors and participate in the audit process
- Research and document appropriate accounting treatment for complex or unusual transactions to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS
- Prepare and review key performance metrics and financial analyses
- Maintain detailed analyses supporting operational and financial activities
- Coordinate financial information flow across departments
- Respond to accounting and finance inquiries through research and data interpretation
- Contribute to special projects and other initiatives as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Active CPA designation required
- 5 years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Salary : $175,000
