Senior Manager - HRBP (3/2 Hybrid Schedule)
A leading medical device company located in Framingham MA is looking for a Senior Manager, HRBP to join their team. This is a strategic leadership role that will drive organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational performance
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development
- Serve as a cultural ambassador to promote engagement, inclusion, and organizational alignment
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on talent acquisition, performance management, development programs, and retention efforts
- Analyze HR metrics and feedback to identify trends, address challenges, and enhance business outcomes
- Lead employee relations strategies and manage complex or high-impact cases
- Ensure HR policies and practices are implemented effectively and in compliance with employment regulations
- Lead or support cross-functional HR initiatives to improve the employee experience and organizational effectiveness
- Set goals, monitor progress, and support the development of direct HR team members
- Contribute to overall HR strategy as a core member of the HR leadership team
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
- 8 -10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role
- Experience within manufacturing and/or R&D environments, ideally in the life sciences sector
- Proven success supporting senior leadership and influencing business strategy through people practices
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and workforce planning
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizations and lead through change
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting or overseeing employees based in Canada
- Approximately 25–30% travel required
