Senior Associate, Fund Management 


A leading global private investment platform is seeking a Senior Associate, Fund Management to support its growing Private Credit business. This role is ideal for someone with strong private credit experience, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex fund operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This opportunity will offer a base compensation of $95,000-110,000 bonus 

What You’ll Do

• Lead allocation of new investments across BDCs, Funds, SMAs, and SPVs, ensuring compliance with portfolio objectives and eligibility criteria
• Maintain deep knowledge of fund constraints, portfolio construction, and investment guidelines
• Oversee fund cash management in partnership with Treasury
• Support new SPV formation, portfolio analysis, and operational planning
• Coordinate pipeline updates and key fund actions (capital calls, distributions, facility amendments) with FP&A and Treasury
• Manage pre-trade loan execution and ensure accurate booking/allocations
• Partner with Liability Structuring and Treasury on fund optimization initiatives
• Ensure accurate reporting deliverables (closing memos, amendments) and data integrity across internal systems
• Participate in onboarding for new funds and ensure process readiness

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in private credit
• Strong accounting, finance, and credit markets knowledge
• Experience with fund structures, leverage facilities, and private credit operations
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
