Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
- 10 years of experience in a production manufacturing environment in a similar role with at least 5 years of management experience
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP Systems
- Experience with ISO-9001 and ASD9100
- Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement experience a plus
- Detail oriented with a positive and professional attitude
