Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main resource for investor inquiries, managing the investor servicing inbox and responding promptly with accurate, clear information
- Ensure timely posting and accuracy of investor reports and documents via the firm’s investor portal, adhering to compliance and confidentiality protocols
- Maintain and update CRM systems (Salesforce) and investor portals (eFront), ensuring data integrity and tracking key investor activities
- Coordinate investor transactions such as capital calls, distributions, and transfers, working in partnership with internal operations and fund teams
- Support investor onboarding processes and contribute to the ongoing evolution of investor service procedures
- Collaborate with departments across finance—including treasury, fund accounting, and reporting—to deliver a seamless investor experience
- Assist with the preparation and submission of investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs)
- Contribute to process optimization efforts and support technology rollouts or upgrades as needed
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial operations or fund services, ideally within private equity or alternative investments
- Strong technical proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms; experience with Salesforce, eFront, or similar systems is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
- Solid understanding of capital activity workflows and investor communication best practices
- Prior involvement in tech or process implementations is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
