Litigation/Family Law Paralegal
We are looking for a Litigation/Family Law Paralegal at a law firm in Needham, MA, 02492. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience as a family law litigation paralegal.
This is a full-time permanent role and will pay between $95K and $105K (based on relevant work experience).
On-site 5 days per week.
Starts February 9th, 2026.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Litigation/Family Law Paralegal at a law firm in Needham, MA, 02492. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience as a family law litigation paralegal.

Responsibilities
- Strong experience with rules 401 and 410 is necessary
- Assist attorneys in all phases of family law litigation, including divorce, child custody, property settlements and marital agreements
- Prepare and revise pleadings and other documents filed with the court
- Follow through with filing process, including manual filings and any e-filing process the court may require
- Conduct legal research, maintain attorney calendars, and manage court deadlines
- Liaison between the client and the attorneys
- Draft legal forms and pleadings
- Arrange court filings and process serves
- Financial Statement experience and Child Support guideline experience
- Support multiple attorneys in a family law practice
- Bachelor’s degree as well as paralegal certificate
- 5 years of family law or litigation experience
- Experience with high-asset cases
- Familiarity with the local rules and courts in Massachusetts
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Must be highly organized and able to manage time extremely well
- Ability to conduct multiple tasks and meet and exceed deadlines
Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
