- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or a related discipline required, MBA or MS Preferred
- 5 years of strong and recent experience with Indirect Sourcing required
- Outstanding Negotiation and customer service skills
- Broad indirect procurement experience including but not limited to the areas of IT ,Legal, HR, Finance, and Marketing
- Experience in a healthcare setting a plus
- Strong Technical Skills, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, MS Office Suite (advanced Excel)
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
