- Own financial reporting, NAV oversight, and audit coordination for private credit funds
- Review capital allocations, incentive fees, and fund expenses
- Collaborate on investor letters and quarterly communications
- Manage internal finance staff and third-party administrators
- Lead fund compliance reviews across jurisdictions
- Serve as key liaison with auditors, custodians, and external partners
- Promote a high-performing team culture focused on accuracy and efficiency
- 6–10 years’ experience in investment management or public accounting
- Strong background in credit, direct lending, or mezzanine loan strategies
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal and financial documents
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred; top-tier academic background
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
