Facilities Maintenance Technician (Residential)
Our Client, a well-established real estate company supporting multiple Boston-area properties, is looking for a Residential Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and hands-on work.
This position will pay between $35-$42/hr plus OT depending on experience and fit.
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical issues
- Inspect buildings, grounds, and common areas
- Coordinate and oversee vendors and contractors
- Support snow/ice removal, cleaning, and property upkeep
- 2–5 years of building maintenance/facilities experience
- Strong hands-on repair skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Ability to work independently across multiple properties
- Reliable vehicle and ability to travel throughout Boston
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
