We are seeking candidates for an Equity Operations Analyst to join a leading telecommunications company based in Boston, MA. The Equity Operations Analyst will be responsible for the administration and operational support of global equity compensation programs, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). This role ensures the accurate processing of equity transactions, maintains data integrity across Oracle Fusion and E*TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO), and partners with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HR teams to support reporting, compliance, and employee inquiries.
This is a 6-month contract position paying $60- $ 70/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour workweek.
- Maintain and reconcile equity-related data within Oracle Fusion and E*TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO), ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Prepare and deliver timely reporting to global payroll teams, including equity transaction tax withholdings, payroll reconciliations, and compliance-related reporting.
- Administer the end-to-end processing of RSU grants, including setup, validation, participant communications, and acceptance tracking.
- Support the execution of semi-annual global ESPP purchase events, including payroll contribution audits, transaction processing, and reporting for HR, Finance, and Accounting stakeholders.
- Track and process accelerated vesting events related to retirements, qualified terminations, death, and disability.
- Manage ongoing data exchanges between the company and E*TRADE, including employee account updates, terminations, and reconciliation activities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and HR inquiries by managing the Equity team mailbox and providing timely issue resolution.
- Draft and distribute equity-related employee communications and standard HR notifications.
- Maintain insider trading lists and ensure accurate tracking of permanent and temporary insiders in partnership with Corporate Legal.
- Develop and maintain process documentation to support operational consistency, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and streamline global equity administration workflows.
- Assist with internal and external audits related to equity compensation programs.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- 5 years of experience supporting global equity compensation programs.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion and E*TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO) strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
