Director, End User Support Services-Remote on East Coast (US)
Seeking a Director-level leader to oversee Service Desk and Tier 1–3 support operations. This role is focused on stabilizing and transforming support functions, driving SLAs/KPIs, and improving overall service delivery.
Will partner closely with senior leadership and the C-suite, providing visibility into performance and driving continuous improvement across IT support operations.
Must-Haves- 10 years leading service desk / end-user support teams (Tier 1–3) in an enterprise environment (1300-1500 end users ideally)
- Proven experience transforming or improving support organizations
- Strong ITSM / SLA / KPI ownership
- Experience managing distributed/offshore teams
- Ability to interface with executives and drive change
