Our Client, a company in the energy sector South of Providence is looking for a dedicated and detail oriented In-house Corporate Paralegal to be an integral part of their team and continued success!


This position will pay between 110-140K depending upon experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
  • Experience with Real Estate Closings and Drafting Commercial Contracts
  • Experience in commercial title review and due diligence highly desired
  • Knowledge of commercial finance, M&A, and  real estate transactions
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
