Key Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial and business strategies
- Prepare weekly forecasts and annual budgets; identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Analyze product and job cost trends, inventory, and operational performance to drive improvements
- Manage inventory valuation, cycle counts, physical inventories, and obsolescence reviews
- Support revenue recognition, customer credit evaluation, and order review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and SOX requirements
- Oversee ERP financial reporting and system enhancements
- Ensure timely local tax and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA and/or CMA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive financial management experience, including cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (IFS, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish) and ERP implementation experience
