Accounting Manager - Real Estate Investment Firm

Our client, a real estate investment firm located in Boston, MA, is looking to add an Accounting Manager to their growing team. This person will be responsible for overseeing 3rd party property accounting teams, preparing financial/cash flow statements, waterfall calculations, managing loan compliance, CAM recoveries, and reviewing diligence materials.
Their HQ is in Boston, and they currently have a hybrid in office policy.
Requirements:
- 5 years of property accounting experience
- Proficient in tenant recoveries (CAM)
- Understanding of waterfall calculations
- Experience in year-end audit including presentation of financial statements and footnotes
$125K - $135K base (dependent on experience)
Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
