This role supports the Human Resources team to support strategic planning, resource coordination, dashboard reporting, and execution of workforce initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Day To Day Responsibilities
Metrics, Dashboards and Reporting
- Maintain project dashboards, metric reports, presentations, and documentation to support project visibility, organizational performance tracking, and communications.
- Coordinate workforce planning activities including hiring plans, staffing forecasts, resource tracking, and recruiting operations in partnership with business stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for talent events, workshops, leadership meetings, and organizational engagement activities, including scheduling, vendor coordination, onsite arrangements, and event preparation.
- Maintain project schedules, action logs, risk trackers, and milestone reporting while proactively identifying risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities to support operational readiness and execution.
- Assist with implementation of process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
