Dale James Ford Inc is a small, family operated Ford dealership in Apple Creek, Ohio. Our goal is to build on our 98 years of quality automotive sales and service.
We are looking for a person to manage our parts department. (8-5:00 Weekdays) We are a smaller shop with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where we help each other. Duties include looking up and providing parts for our technicians who are repairing vehicles, and servicing customers on the phone or in person. Pricing out parts on work orders and invoices, and maintaining or updating our parts inventory. Other aspects of the job include ordering, locating, and occasionally driving to pick up or deliver parts. We need a team player to work hand in hand with the service department in satisfying our customers.
This position requires good automotive knowledge, strong computer skills, accuracy with numbers, and previous automotive or parts experience. Experience with warranty paperwork is a plus.
