What You’ll Do
- Fill Public Programs in Gwinnett: Drive registrations for open-enrollment offerings through outreach, partnerships, chamber engagement, and reactivation.
- Manage & Grow Accounts to Recurring Revenue: Own relationships in your assigned market, with emphasis on Gwinnett & Cobb Counties.
- Reactivate Dormant Relationships: Reconnect with past accounts and buyers to reignite demand.
- Prospect & Close New Business: Build pipeline through targeted outreach, discovery, and solution-based selling.
- Be Present in the Market: Attend programs, trade shows, client events, and Gwinnett Chamber activities to strengthen connections and represent our brand.
- Maintain Pipeline Discipline: Prospect, qualify, set meetings with decision-makers, and keep clean CRM hygiene with weekly activity rhythms.

- Base: $55,000
- Commission: Begins once break-even revenue is met
- Year 1 OTE Estimate: $60,000
- Earnings Growth: Typically $75K–$100K by Year 3 as you grow your book of business
