As a Swim Instructor, you will inspire confidence and foster a love for swimming in students of all ages and skill levels. Your energetic approach will help children and adults overcome fears, develop proper techniques, and enjoy the water safely. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to teach essential skills, build personal connections, and grow your teaching expertise in a supportive environment.
- Lead engaging swim lessons tailored to students’ age and skill levels, ensuring safety and fun at all times
- Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and water safety skills through clear instruction and active coaching
- Monitor students closely during lessons to ensure safety, behavior management, and adherence to guidelines
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their swimming abilities and confidence
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pool environment in compliance with health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about student progress and areas for improvement
- No experience necessary! We provide all training on-site.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Possess the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to undergo paid training and continuous professional development

Pay: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
