A top 10 General Contractor and industry leader in the rapidly growing data center market is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support large-scale projects across multiple locations including Arizona, Iowa, Utah, Kansas City, Oklahoma, and Dallas, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Perform schedule analysis, progress tracking, and reporting
- Conduct Time Impact Analyses (TIA’s) and support change management efforts
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment
- Identify schedule risks and provide mitigation strategies
- Support multiple projects in commercial, residential, industrial, and data center construction sectors
Qualifications
- 5–15 years of construction scheduling experience
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
- Experience performing TIA’s (Time Impact Analyses)
- Background in commercial, residential, industrial, or data center construction
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage schedules across multiple projects and locations
