We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our team, supporting large-scale data center and mission critical projects. This individual will play a key role in driving the quality strategy from project start-up through final acceptance, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of performance and compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at collaborating with teams at all levels in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project’s quality management system across all phases of construction.
- Develop and implement project-specific Quality Management Plans.
- Review design documents and submittals to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined and met.
- Oversee inspections, testing, and documentation to verify compliance with project standards.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues; manage NCRs and corrective/preventative actions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and third-party testing agencies to maintain quality control.
- Support continuous improvement through root cause analysis and lessons learned.
- Mentor and support project and field engineers in quality procedures and best practices.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of QA/QC or Quality Management experience in the construction industry; experience in data centers, mission critical, or large-scale industrial projects is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated history of long tenure or progressive growth within prior organizations.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, codes, and standards.
- Skilled in issue tracking, documentation, and inspection management.
- Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001, Lean, or USACE’s three-phase control system.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g., Unifier, Procore, or similar).
- Valid driver’s license required.

Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
