OVERVIEW

- Inside sales rep
RESPONSIBILITIIES
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Report work progress to the manager regularly.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Keep in touch with existing customers, Understand customer needs and requirements. Answer customers’ questions with professional suggestion.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Excellent phone presence and experience.
- Must be proficient at operating Microsoft Office Suite of software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent ability to write and communicate your ideas clearly and in a proficient manner.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to pass background and drug test.
BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE (not required)
- Experience with SAP ERP software preferred.
- Experience and/or knowledge of HVAC.
- 2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Relationship Building is preferred
Pay Rate
- Base plus commission.
