Dakota Sourcing, LLC is looking for talented, self-driven, and goal-oriented individuals to join our growing team.
OVERVIEW
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Customer Service
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter or cancel orders. Split orders to allocate to different warehouses.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Handle complaints, product recalls, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods/tools Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory in a computer system to make sure it’s updated on time and be 100% accurate.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven customer service experience.
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Excellent phone presence and experience
- Must be proficient at operating Microsoft Office Suite of software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent ability to write and communicate your ideas clearly and in a proficient manner.
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid South Dakota driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass background and drug tests.
BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE (not required)
- Experience with SAP ERP software preferred.
- Experience and/or knowledge of HVAC.
- 2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Relationship Building is optimism
