Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development and expand an existing Ag-focused loan portfolio
• Actively prospect, network, and call on farmers, producers, and Ag businesses
• Spend significant time in the field building long-term client relationships
• Identify financing needs and partner with internal teams to structure solutions
• Support portfolio performance, credit quality, and risk awareness
• Participate in local marketing and regional growth initiatives
• Collaborate with senior lenders while maintaining autonomy over your book

Requirements:

• Proven sales and business development experience within the Ag industry (required)
• Existing Ag relationships and comfort managing a territory
• Mid-level experience in lending, credit, or financial services preferred
• Strong drive, competitive mindset, and accountability for results
• Ability to balance sales growth with sound portfolio management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
