The Revenue Cycle Supervisor plays a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of the patient accounts and medical records teams, ensuring efficient workflows, appropriate staffing coverage, and high standards of patient care. This position partners closely with department leadership to support regulatory and payor compliance, operational consistency, and achievement of departmental and organizational goals.
In this role, the Supervisor supports staff development through onboarding, training, performance reviews, and participation in the hiring process, while fostering a collaborative and positive team environment. Responsibilities also include optimizing revenue cycle workflows related to billing, pre‑authorizations, and payment programs, as well as analyzing reports, supporting audits, and leading cross‑functional efforts to review processes.
