Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist kitchen staff in all aspects of food production
- Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
- Assist the Executive Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation
- Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for kitchen areas and equipment
- Provide training and professional development for kitchen staff
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Sous Chef and management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Eager to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
