Recruitment and Student Services Representative
STATUS: Full-time, benefited
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Recruiter and Student Services Representative will be responsible for leading the effort in recruiting students to attend Dakota College at Bottineau. They will be versed in placement and enrollment services while providing oversight and leadership. This position will also assist with processing admissions applications and various Student Services tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Associate Degree with experience in related field. Experience in Microsoft Suite. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a detailed orientated atmosphere. Able to exercise time management skills and work independently. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills. Effective communication skills with a variety of people. Ability to maintain confidentiality with records and files. The successful candidate should be outgoing, friendly, provide excellent customer service and professional engagement while representing the college in public.
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED: Bachelor or Associate Degree with experience in related field. Experience in Microsoft Suite. Salary: $34,000-$36,000, depending on experience
