Medical Laboratory Technician Instructor/Program Manager - DCB Downtown Minot Location

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Instructor/Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of our new MLT program. This dual-role position is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction while overseeing all aspects of program management, including curriculum development, accreditation compliance, faculty coordination, student advising, and partnerships with clinical sites.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and accrediting the program, ensuring it meets industry standards and prepares students for successful careers in medical laboratory science.
Qualifications Required
CLOSING DATE: Screening will begin 9/15/25, or until a qualified candidate is hired.

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory
- Current national certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician through ASCP or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience in a clinical laboratory setting
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Master’s degree in medical laboratory science or related field
- Experience managing clinical affiliations and coordinating student placements
- Knowledge of assessment practices, student learning outcomes, and program evaluation
- Prior experience as a program director or lead faculty in an MLT program
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional delivery in a postsecondary or clinical training environment
- Familiarity with NAACLS accreditation standards and program management practices

Salary : $64,000 - $68,000
