The Certified Nursing Assistant Instructor position provides instructional support for a U.S. Department of Labor Job Corps contractor. The Job Corps program is a federally-funded residential training program. Job Corps' mission is to educate and train youth ages 16-24 for successful careers in the nation's fastest-growing industries.
Summary of Duties:
The CNA Instructor is responsible for providing students with industry recognized instruction, certification, and training, leading to full-time jobs, higher education, or advanced training.
Significant Responsibilities:
- Develops and prepares lessons.
- Recommends curriculum changes and supplemental materials.
- Controls use of equipment and supplies; makes minor repairs and recommends purchases.
- Works with the disability accommodation team to review accommodations and make recommendations for changes or modifications to accommodations.
- Adapt and differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students.
- Ensure the classroom is well organized and conducive to student learning, while holding students accountable for following dress code/behavioral standards of conduct.
- Follows curriculum guidelines, organizes program of practical and technical instruction, including demonstrations of skills required in trade.
Education/Experience:
- North Dakota Registered Nursing (RN) Credential Required
- Minimum of two years nursing experience, at least one year of which must be in the provision of long-term care facility services and have experience supervising nurse aides.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
