Lead Residential Therapist
We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and experienced Residential Mental Health Therapist Lead to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a skilled clinical team while providing impactful individual, group, and family therapy to clients navigating psychological, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
As the Therapist Lead, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement innovative therapeutic treatment plans and interventions within a residential treatment setting. You’ll be part of a dedicated team of experts who prioritize collaboration and continuous growth. We also provide paid training in diverse therapeutic modalities, ensuring you remain at the forefront of best practices in mental health care.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of professional therapists.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Oversee the productivity and quality of services provided by the team.
Mentorship and Development:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to therapists to enhance their professional development.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for the therapy team.
Clinical Service Delivery:
- Manage a personal caseload, providing high-quality therapeutic services to clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work collaboratively with the Nursing, Residential Care, and Case Management departments to ensure comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with parents and referring agencies to coordinate care and support for clients.
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of therapeutic services provided by the team.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Starting Wage: Competitive salary, dependent on licensure and experience
Education and/or Experience:
Master’s degree and a license to practice in the field of competency (LCSW or LPCC). Preference is given to people with years of experience in the social service field.
