We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Roller Operator to join our team. Duties
- Operate asphalt rollers
- Assist with site preparation, including grading and leveling surfaces
- Coordinate with the paving crew to ensure proper compaction of asphalt for optimal surface quality
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation and prevent breakdowns
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working around construction sites
- Communicate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of quality
Requirements
- Proven experience operating asphalt rollers

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
