The Medical Scheduling Coordinators, or MSCs, with Daiya Healthcare are the assistants to the providers in our partnered facilities. Daiya Healthcare serves as the Medical Director for a variety of medical care facilities, including short term rehabilitation centers, long term care facilities, and assisted living centers. Our MSCs are responsible for creating provider schedules, preparing paperwork, and facilitating telemedicine visits. Most importantly, they are the liaison between providers and facility staff.

The MSC should be a self-starter that is extremely dependable and professional with exceptional organizational skills. This is a part-time position with a pay range of $18.00 to $21.00 an hour.

Position Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Must be dependable and have flexibility to alter hours, meeting the needs of the practice. Ability to travel between partnered locations.

Experience in working in skilled nursing or the senior living environment is a plus. H.S. Diploma or GED required.

• Proficiency in computer/tablet use and accurate typing skills.
