What You’ll Be Doing – The Role
The Corporate Administrator oversees the day-to-day office operations and supports the company’s compliance, insurance, and risk management functions. This role includes coordinating office activities, managing auto and property liability insurance claims, and serves as a liaison between internal departments.
Essential Duties/Responsibilites
Office Operations
- Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance and facility management.
- Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering, organizing, and tracking usage.
- Coordinate and organize monthly luncheons.
- Supervise and coordinate all mail-related activities, including sorting, distributing, and forwarding incoming mail to appropriate recipients.
- Input and update data in various systems and databases.
- Generate reports and maintain accurate records for team use.
- Assist in special projects and events as assigned.
- Assist in projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or implementations.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, and reports as required.
- Collaborate with different departments to support their administrative needs.
- Manage the end-to-end process of auto and property liability insurance claims.
- Collect, review, and file documentation related to incidents, including police reports, photos, and witness statements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance providers, adjusters, and legal teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of claims and accurate documentation. Maintain accurate records of all claims and prepare reports for management.

What you’ll bring – The Person:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven administrative experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and complete projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills
