The Role

DailyPay, Inc. is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the development and implementation process of programs, products, and services in R&D. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing strategic initiatives with complex dependencies, risk management, stakeholder management, and building technical roadmaps. You will help drive the team toward our mission of building durable and reliable data informed processes within DailyPay, organizing and managing continuous improvement and automation initiatives and play a significant role in developing, driving and managing scalable, data-driven processes.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead architecture, design, implementation and deployment of large-scale critical and complex financial applications, owning all aspects of solutions end-to-end, through full stack software development
• Oversee software requirements (including design, architecture, and testing) and hardware assets (system design, hardware selection, etc.)
• Manage through agile methodologies, such as Kanban
• Decipher technical needs of other departments within the organization and translate them across stakeholder groups.
• Act as a communications liaison between technical and non-technical audiences
• Generate targeted reports for different internal and/or external audiences update any internal project status report processes
• Organize and track jobs, clarify project scopes, proactively manage risks, deal with project escalations, ruthlessly prioritize tasks and dependencies, and problem solve
• Meet specific business objectives and metrics while supporting the roadmap planning process
• Develop strategies and implement tactics to follow through on those strategies
• Influence others across the company to remain focused on desired outcomes without direct authority.
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• 8 years of technical program management experience
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Experience defining KPI's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges, a results-oriented mindset, and a commitment to delivering value to customers.
• Experience with diagramming tools (e.g. Lucidchart or Miro)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycles processes.
• Knowledge of and experience with implementing Data Privacy and Data Governance capabilities
• Experience working in Financial Services and GDPR and similar requirements

Compensation Range: $136K - $209K
