The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Daily Plus Pharmacy, ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of prescription medications while delivering exceptional patient care. This role provides leadership to pharmacy staff, ensures compliance with all federal and state pharmacy regulations, manages inventory and financial performance, and promotes a patient-centered environment focused on quality healthcare services. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff. Ensure the accurate dispensing of prescription medications and provide clinical oversight. Counsel patients on medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions. Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations. Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and controlled substance accountability. Develop and implement pharmacy policies and standard operating procedures. Monitor quality assurance programs and ensure patient safety standards are met. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Manage staffing schedules, employee performance evaluations, and ongoing staff development. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth. Resolve patient concerns professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure the pharmacy maintains accreditation and licensing requirements
