What are the responsibilities and job description for the In-House Marketing Representative position at Daily Management Inc?
The In-House Marketing Representative is responsible for scheduling appointments for timeshare owners who are staying at the resorts to attend a sales presentation. The In- House Marketing Representative keeps track of all premium (gifts) incentives offered to customers who attend the tour.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Works as Marketing Representative and manages the customer greeting process.
Ensures guest complaints are handled in a timely manner.
Ensures customers are qualified prior to arriving at the Welcome Desk.
Communicates daily report to Marketing Director & Managers.
Prepares daily bank sheet and deposits.
Assists owners before their scheduled tour by answering any questions they may have regarding the resort or the surrounding area.
Directs owners as to where to purchase attraction ticket.
Inputs bookings/tours for all In-House customers, orders entry of tours and enters non-qualified guest tours.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Equitable work experience with a HS Diploma or equivalent considered.
Previous customer service experience.
Must be motivated, outgoing, friendly, tactful and well organized.
Must be able to demonstrate prompt, reliable and motivational demeanor at all times.
Knowledge in computer software is required such as Microsoft®, Excel® and Word® and general computer applications.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays and extended hours.
