Do you wanna join the team at The Daily, one of the best coffee shops in Bozeman? We're a busy busy coffee shop / bakery & market in the Cannery District and the oldest coffee shop in Bozeman!
Baristas at The Daily can expect to earn about $11-14 per hour in tips on top of their wage. Tips are pooled over the week. Wage range is $11 to $14.
We are looking for one or two friendly, fun, teachable, and dependable baristas to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and community. Our ideal candidate has a kind nature and wants to learn and serve. Our core value is serving others!
Our barista team is already strong with several great people but we need one or two more baristas specifically for year-round employment.
We are unapologetically committed to serving the highest quality products and providing the best service in the cleanest environment--all while working as a team and having fun! We hold ourselves to a very high standard and are quick. We serve more than 450 people a day but still take care of the tiny details.
We are currently seeking someone who is interested in 30-40 hours (we're flexible on which days) per week. Weekend availability, either totally open or partially open is required. We are very busy over the holidays and being available during the season is required. We serve Verve and Studio coffee roasters using top of the line Mahlkonig grinders and La Marzocco machines.
**We're open 6:00am - 6:30pm M-F and 6:00a-5p S-S, so mornings and evenings are both important shifts**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
