- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load/unload and transfer materials
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory in designated locations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Complete will calls and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety through daily inspections and good housekeeping practices
- Assist customers and internal staff with product inquiries and order fulfillment
- Wear proper PPE and uniform during all shifts
- Follow standard operating procedures and company policies
- Serve as a backup driver for local deliveries as needed
- Safely load, secure, and deliver products to customer sites using company vehicles
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of delivery vehicles and forklifts
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Accurately complete delivery logs and related paperwork
- Provide courteous and professional service during deliveries
- Assist with front counter or branch operations when required
- Minimum 21 years old
- Possesses a valid driver’s license in the state of employment
- Has a working knowledge of commercial truck mechanics
- Has a working knowledge of current Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
- Has a minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience within the past 3 years
- Placement as driver is contingent upon successful completion of DOT road test, pre-employment drug & alcohol testing, and background check
- DMV record cannot reflect an excess of 2 moving violations and/or preventable accidents within the past 3 years
- Valid driving license with excellent driving record
- Must pass DOT standards
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to proficiently use MS Office including Outlook & Excel, Mincron and a scanner
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
- Minimum 1 year of operating a DOT regulated vehicle, box truck preferred
- Current Valid Driver License
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license Chauffeurs with clean driving record
- DOT screening annually
