What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bag Jammer position at Daifuku?
Under minimal direction, is responsible for responding to and correction of fault conditions within the BHS System.
Essential Functions
Assists in clearing Jams from the baggage handling system
Assists Technicians or other personnel with basic maintenance such as sweeping, cleaning and greasing.
Completes all safety training as assigned by the Company.
Compliance with all ELS safety programs, policies and procedures.
Perform additional duties/assignments that may be required by management from time to time.
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous work experience in an Airport environment.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.
Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.

Must be able to comply with the ELS Drug and Alcohol policy.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands of this position vary by day and are not based solely on a single workday.
Must be able to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, and lift up to 20 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Works in all areas located on Airport property. May be around dust, dirt, moving machinery, temperature changes, heights and noise levels below OSHA minimum requirements. Use of PPE is required.
