Summary Responsible for the accurate and efficient packaging of divisional Bag/Bulk product. In event of
absence, position will be filled by adequately trained personnel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other responsibilities w/ similar skill and work
conditions as assigned.
▪ The accurate and efficient handling, labeling and packaging of divisional Bag/Bulk product.
Responsibilities for Food Safety
▪ Must adhere to all corporate GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), established SOPs (Standard
Operating Procedures) and all Food & Corporate Safety policies including “Clean as you go” program.
▪ Must adhere to all Allergen control programs and procedures as applicable.
▪ Responsible for reporting suspicious packages, activities and individuals.
▪ If monitoring CCPs (Critical Control Points), must be trained in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical
Control Point) and adhere to approved HACCP plan(s).
▪ Label verification & line clearance between batches.
Positional accountabilities
▪ 100% adherence to all company GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP’s (Standard Operating
Procedures); no deviations.
▪ Ability through training and appropriate time in the position; to run, adjust, breakdown and reassemble
appropriate job specific processing/packaging equipment.
▪ Update Supervisor on any hindrances to successfully performing your position.
▪ Immediately notify your Supervisor of any recognized issues/failures while performing your position.
