The company is currently seeking a Fabricator in Boyne City, MI.
SALARY: Starting at $21.93/hr.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble company products or parts using fabrication techniques, tools, and equipment
- Fit, adjust, calibrate and align to ensure free action and movement of parts, tolerance fits, and operating requirements.
- Set up and run Press Brake
- Work from assembly drawings and specifications.
- Set up press brake to comply with forming requirement of drawing.
- Trouble shoot and correct problems as required.
- Use precision measuring instruments, testing devices, and equipment to check parts, units, fits, and operating requirements.
- Count, weigh, transport, and pile materials.
- Perform material handling work directly related to production operations.
- Recognize obvious defective or damaged parts, incorrect sizes, faulty workmanship and general quality.
- Maintains acceptable performance and quality standards.
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills in dealing with management and fellow employees.
- Performs other work-related duties as required.
- Participation in the company quality process.
- High School Diploma or GED
- CNC experience or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to read assembly drawings
- Previous shop experience with knowledge of manufacturing flow
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to prioritize work
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to read and write
