About the Role
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment operations for a leading organization in the property and casualty insurance industry. This is a 6-month contract role with potential for extension based on business needs. The position offers a hybrid schedule—working in-office Monday through Wednesday and remotely Thursday and Friday, with flexibility to cover in-office needs as required. Standard hours are 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable with routine tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
- As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will:Schedule and confirm high-volume interviews for internal and external candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by coordinating interview logistics based on hiring team availability.
- Greet guests and new hires in the reception area.
- Monitor and manage shared email inboxes.
- Assist with scheduling mid-level roles and collaborate with administrative assistants for manager availability.
- Provide support across Talent Acquisition initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience in administrative support, HR, or recruitment coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage routine processes accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skills: Detail-oriented, process-oriented, scheduling interviews, problem-solving, effective verbal & written communication.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in customer service or a talent acquisition environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguity and change while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Skills: Ability to self-organize, manage ambiguity, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
